Your user name is an unique identity in Webunika and so it cannot be changed.
Still, if you want to change your user name, you have to close your account and create a new one. Don’t forget to change your email Id before closing your account if you want this current email Id in your new account.
Go to your profile Settings.
Enter your new email Id and click on Save Changes.
You will receive an email to your current email address. Validate the confirmation mail. The process is complete.
Go to Account setting and close your account. If you have a fund balance, please contact with our customer support team before closing your account. Don’t forget to change your email Id before closing your account if you want this current email Id in your new account.
